Last Monday, 24-11-2025 — on our 8-year anniversary — we had the honour of welcoming the team from Solarif Risk Management, specialists in independent inspections, quality assurance, and risk assessment within the solar sector. A perfect match with our mission to make cable management safer, more transparent, and demonstrably reliable.

We started at our injection moulder, where Solarif gained insight into the full production process of our components — from raw polymer to a precisely formed PVX part. A valuable step that shows how quality is secured right from the foundation.

Next, we visited our assembly facility, where it became clear how carefully, consistently, and technically controlled our systems are built. This phase forms the backbone of the reliability PVX delivers in the field — and aligns seamlessly with Solarif’s focus on risk reduction and technical assurance.

The absolute highlight of the day:

We guided Solarif Risk Management step by step through how this tool is constructed, the underlying data it uses (FEM analyses, wind loads, material behaviour), and how each calculation results in fully transparent, validated support distances.

Just pure technical underpinning that inspectors, insurers, and installers can trust.

We ended the day with a wonderful dinner and inspiring conversations about risk analysis, safety, insurability, and the future of certified cable management.
